Our goal at Brookdale Covenant Church is to build bridges. Because bridge building can be a difficult task, we have broken it down into some very specific areas – the first step being a shared meal together. When we eat together, we get to know each other on a deeper level, talking and sharing with one another about our day, our family and ourselves. At 6:00 p.m., we offer a great opportunity for this – free of charge. Those who wish to help may watch for sign-up opportunities to donate ingredients, or contact Joan, 763-535-6305.
Bridge Building Bible Study
The second part in bridge building is Bible Study. God sent his only Son Jesus to die for us, so that we may have eternal life with him – Jesus is our bridge to God, our Heavenly Father! At 6:30 p.m. we will break up into groups based on age, to study God’s Word and get to know him on a deeper level!
7:15 - 8:00 p.m.
We are excited to offer Interest Groups as the third step of the bridge building process. These groups will begin at 7:15 p.m. Our hope is that we can connect people with the same interests, so that they build bridges with each other and the adult leader of the group. Some of the groups will offer arts and crafts, service projects, health and safety, puppets, bike repair, gym games, plus so much more. We hope that you will invite your families and friends to these services to share what’s happening at Brookdale Church on Wednesday Nights – therefore building a bridge to families and friends as well.
